Information for Trade Exhibitors
Join us on Thursday 12th November at Perth Concert Hall for the 2026 ASVA Conference – the flagship event for Scotland’s visitor attractions sector. With an audience of 400 industry colleagues, we’ll be joined on the day by senior leaders, managers, and key decision-makers from across the industry for a full day of learning, discussion, and collaboration.
For trade exhibitors, it’s a valuable opportunity to showcase your products and services to an engaged and influential audience. With exhibition stands located in high-footfall areas used during registration, refreshment breaks and lunch, you’ll benefit from strong visibility and direct engagement with delegates during the day.
Whether you’re launching a new product, raising brand awareness, or building relationships across the sector, exhibiting at the ASVA Conference is a great way to connect with Scotland’s attractions community.
Exhibition Info:
Location: The Trade Exhibition will take place in the bright and welcoming foyer of Perth Concert Hall.
Cost: £350 + VAT per stand (includes 1 delegate place). Additional delegate places: £110 + VAT each
Optional: £85 + VAT per person, Gala Dinner Ticket
All those attending our Trade Exhibition will have:
- A 5ft Table;
- Table cover (mix of light blue and dark blue conference cloths);
- Chair;
- Space for 2 pop ups (sample size of pop up 800mm x 2000mm);
- Access to basic power.
All breaks and lunch will take place in the foyer space allowing time for you to network and engage with delegates.

Delegates/Joining Instructions:
We will share the delegate list a week prior to the Conference, when we circulate the joining instructions to all those attending. This will also have details of parking arrangements.
Deliveries: Any deliveries should arrive from Tuesday 10th November. Please mark these as follows:
