Are you tired of anti-social hours? At Restoration Yard we have an opportunity in our daytime operation for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.

As Kitchen Porter you will assist the chefs in maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment. Heavy duty cleaning and lifting tasks are a key part of the role. Candidates should have the ability to use an industrial dishwasher and chemical cleaning products. Some light food preparation may also be involved.

Dundee Science Centre is currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team to fulfil the pivotal role of Visitor Experience Leader in a part time capacity.

As part of a team of 4 you will lead and co-ordinate the day-to-day visitor operations within Dundee Science Centre and across 3rd party sites to ensure an environment that is engaging, secure and provides an excellent visitor experience. As Visitor Experience Leader, you will be responsible for planning and organising work, dealing with visitor enquiries, problem solving, the induction of new staff, banking, first aid and procurement.

You will lead by example and be responsible for providing training, coaching, and mentoring to support team growth where required.

We are looking for a Café Manager to join our community heritage charity and to direct and expand our current catering provision within Dundonald Castle Visitor Centre. We support the service delivery of a top-rated 4-star visitor attraction to domestic and international visitors in South Ayrshire and operate as a busy community hub, open daily throughout the year. We require the skills of a Café Manager to ensure that the Café will maximise its performance and fully enhance the visitor experience.

Dalkeith Country Park has been enjoyed by visitors for 120 years and its woodlands, riverside trails, cycle tracks and events calendar are valued by locals and visitors from afar. Fort Douglas is an exciting adventure park which is a pull for visitors of all ages, while the stable yard houses Restoration Yard, a unique venture comprising a retail store, restaurant, and wellness space.

We are looking for Car Parking Attendants to assist our visitors with parking and help keep traffic moving over the busy weekend period. With a friendly and professional approach, you will process contactless payments, direct customers to spaces and patrol parking areas. You should demonstrate a positive attitude and good people skills.

The working hours will be 31.6 hours per week, 4 days per week at 7.9 hours per day, which will include some Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
